Fresh from the Sea
Sasak food is characterized by fresh fish, vegetables and spicy sauces. The father of the family, Durham, takes the boat out to the sea every morning before sunrise to catch fresh fish and calamari. And shortly before the sun sets, Iswan and Pai go spearfishing.
